3. Account & Eligibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One subscription is for personal use on the number of devices specified in your plan.
  • Sharing credentials outside your household is prohibited.

4. Payment

Payment is processed manually via WhatsApp or email. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and other methods as agreed with our team. Subscription access is granted only after payment confirmation.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials commercially
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape content

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party content provider issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through our service is the property of its respective owners. Our website design, logos, and branding are the property of IPTV WATCH.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTV WATCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel by contacting our support team.
